Default image peeling/fading

I am having an issue with dark shirts either fading after several washes, and also had a customer bring back a black shirt that after 2 washes the print was starting to peel off. Has anyone had any of these issues or any solutions would be great.

Peeling is usually a sign that you have too much pre-treatment, less is better.

Have you heard of diluting your pre treatment?

One of two things - too much pretreatment or not enough curing.
