[White Ink Printing on DTG Printers] new print head still bad white

Default new print head still bad white

We have a t-jet. Nozzle check is great, new head and still doesn't print white strong enough. Where do I go now? Suggestions Please!

If you want to eliminate the printer as the problem - set your white ink resolution as high as possible (maximum white), thoroughly saturate a shirt with pre-treatment and then press until dry. Now try to print, if you are getting good white then the issue is either the way you have ben pre-treating or the resolution at which you have been printing your white layer. If the white is not good, then you have an issue with the printer or the RIP.
