Default nozzle check

I posted earlier and was told to do a nozzle check to narrow down the reasons why I can't get white ink with a new print head to flow. I cannot not get the t-jet blazer pro to do one. I continue to get error code 00010031. Home position error. What do I check to fix that

Check the control panel on the Epson portion of your printer. You need to be in roll/cut mode, which has a picture of a roll and a pair of scissors display on the LCD.

From Michael in our Support Department:

There are several issues that come into play here. One is your pre-treating. Make sure you are using enough, and the shirt is completely dry.

Also, use the highest resolution. The higher the resolution, the more ink get's laid down. If you are getting that good of a nozzle check, there is no reason to not be getting a good white.

In the underbase wizard, make sure the underbase is set up to 100%. Don't bother with the highlight white - this is a holdover from when white inks were not as bright as the current inks are today.
