Default How do I reassign my black ink to one of the white ones?

I bought a Kiosk II used from ebay, everything seems to work fine except for the black ink which doesn't move when performing an inkfill. i've take off the printhead several times, cleaned and unclogged thouroughly. I checked the damper and it is fine. the pump is fine also. all other colors are pumping normally. i'm thinking my only other option is to reassign the black ink to one of the white inks but i don't know how. is there something in rippro that i can do so the printer knows it's black ink instead of white. please help!

ok i reassigned ink, did a test print and the black ink still isn't printing, i have the black ink (K) running to a pinched off cap so nothing is there, In place of the light black (LK) I have the black ink and everything else is where it is supposed to be. I customized the ink in RIPPRO to let the printer know where everything is and it is still not printing. what do i do now?????

Could be a blocked damper. Have you considered getting a support contract and training from your local DTG distributor? The cost would be offset by the savings in time.

Did you ever get your issue resolved? If so, what was the solution?
