you could use www.technosport.com contact them to set up a wholesale account for your business.
They have a warehouse in Mississauga.

I use SanMar Canada as well as Technosport. If your looking for shirts Downtown you can walk up and down Spadina Ave and find Jobbers there. Also Kensington Market has some jobbers there as well. Typically you'll pay anywhere from $1-$5 per shirt depending on quality and amount purchased.

They have several different levels of pricing depending on you sales level.
I use Sanmar also & they work the same way too.

If you have a business number they can send you all the info on it.

Thought I would add...

I currently pay $2.50 before tax at a place on Finch. Don't know where it is called but I know how to get there. Ill grab a business card next time.
What are you guys paying per shirt with no minimum?
At what quantity do you get a price break?

If you have the receipt it may have the name and address on it. Also what kind of shirts do they sell there? Gildan, Hanes etc.

Ok the place I was talking about is...

Tee Shirt People. Although it does not say that on their sign. They look like a clothing store, a very crowded one at that... you can't see the blank t's until you talk to the guy. His name is Zahid (I'm pretty sure). He is very nice.
