Technosport 2007 is also in Mississauga. They have more of a selection than Sanmar does.

You will need a business # to set up an acct with them.
Once set up, there is no minimum order. Prices depend on the t-shirt you are interested in. As well, there are different pricing levels depending on how much business you do with them during the year.
Their ph. nr. is on the website - call them for more info on setting up.

What brand of shirts are you looking for?
I pick up my shirts from a local, he supplies alstyle, american apparel, etc. Prices are pretty good.

maybe you should email him and see
[email address]

hope this helps!

Someone asked about Sanmar. They are my number one supplier. Their stuff will arrive next day as long as you order by 2pm.
You need to use Firefox to view their site correctly and expect it to be slow. But it is easy to navigate. They have new specials every couple of days, so check back regularly. Their t-shirts are Gildan.. fairly standard.
For example, here is this week's t-shirt flyer

If you are looking for more professional shirts(business attire), stick with Coal Harbour. This is their premium house brand. Their quality is good and the sizing matches what people buy in the stores. Some of the other brands they offer are hard to size. I am using Coal Harbour for all my corporate wear. Their heavier clothing (jackets etc) have velcro access panels for embroidery.

If you don't have your company registered yet, here are the online links.. no third party charges when you do it direct. And you get your numbers during the registration process... no waiting.

Canada -
Business Number (BN) registration

Ontario - ServiceOntario – Integrated Business Services Application (IBSA)

ASC365 sells and services/repairs vinyl plotters. They also sell heat presses and have their own model even. So it may be worth checking with them to see if they can do repairs. They are in Toronto.

American Apparel is the best way to go.

-Best overall quality
-Made in L.A.
-Fair Labor
-Eco Friendly

and the best part is you can go to your local AA shop and test out the shirts before ordering some. You have such a diverse selection of fits plus not to mention the many different colors to choose from. Here in Montreal we have an American Apparel warehouse (AA actually originated from MTL before moving to L.A.) and it always depends how many shirts you buy for the price. The more the cheaper the cost. The warehouse has a showroom and they told me if i get about 40 tshirts the 2001 tshirt, which is a model number, its about 5.90 each! but its great quality guys. Best way to go. Quality brings back customers, trust me i work in a retail store that sells expensive T's. People will pay big bucks for organic and good quality tshirts.

Good Luck.

Thanks a lot for this. You're so right that quality brings customers back. There are however different needs and sometimes you can't pay the $6 for one tee or you wouldn't be making anything. I will check AA out though for sure

I was given a number by Wei from ASC365.
I have not used them, and have no idea about cost etc.
