Are you sure you're not being scammed to releasing personal information...

In my opinion, it's not safe to releasing that info. You don't know who has access to your data once you send it.

If major sites like Amazon, eBay, and Pay Pal don't require an SSN to get paid, what makes the site you mentioned so special?

My suggestion, check out the other fulfillment services first.

I don't recall having to use my s.s # to get paid by c.p. . I am very leery of giving my s.s. # out, to avoid i.d. theft. Be careful with info. . Mike

yes you need to provide that information and you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year with your earnings if they are over a certain amount.

Individuals can apply for and get an EIN # from IRS at not cost. You can do it over the phone or online if I remember correctly. I recommend this to anyone that is operating in a 1099 status.
