Default What are proper TM classes for selling on Cafepress?

Simple question: What is the proper class/es for selling typical Cafepress goods? Can one get away with just one class, the clothing class? Or do you need to do others for mugs and bumper stickers?

A few years ago I got the a TM in class 035 with the following description. But I have a feeling it wasn't right. I thnk it should have been 025 for clothing.

"On-line retail services in the field of t-shirts, caps, pins, mugs, bumper stickers, posters and any other similar products on which a political message may be placed."

However, even if 025 is for clothing, what about mugs and bumper stickers, always good Cafepress sellers? what would be their classes? And do you think they are really necessary? I hear Cafepress will err on the side of a TM owner and not entertain complaints by an affected seller.

I don't think the majority of people that sell on CafePress have trademarks. Some do (some bigger brands like Dilbert, etc and some small businesses), but I don't think it is *necessary* at all.

My trademark is class 025 - I think cafepress will err on the side of a trademark owner, but it's probably best to contact them directly if you have a question about it instead of relying on third party info

Dilbert doesn't use their service anymore.

One thing I want to point out with Cafepress is that they had a pretty extensive list of "big companies" use them but almost all of them have stopped.

It makes you think.

I don't think that's true at all. There are still a lot of big stores using cafepress (like comics.com, Star Trek, wikipedia, etc).

I don't think it's really indicative of anything.
