Is it possible to make your own tags on cafepress or any other site; so that your shirts don't have Fruit of the Loom or Hanes, etc. on them?

I'm working on some samples that I expect to share in this forum soon where I press my logo (transfer) over the original logo of the T-shirt poliester tag. All the original tag info is preserved including model name and size.
This makes possible to customise very small runs of T-shirts IMHO the final result looks fine.
The pictures I took so far were poor, so I have to take better ones so that everybody can judge the final result.

Thanks for the info Pedro, but...

The original poster's question was about if the print on demand fulfillment places offer relabeling. Not about whether you could do it yourself
