Default Size and file type dude!!!

Hey what type of file type should I upload my designs in???
Using Illustrator and I wondered which file type I should save my designs on, in Illustrator so that I could upload them for the best resolution on cafe press... Like Jpeg, bmp and like that....

I sound retarded but I'm really tired right now, spent all day working on Illustrator CS3

Export your Adobe Illustrator files from Illustrator to the PNG format at 100% and 200 dpi.
