Default Sample Exclusive Distributor Agreement for a Clothing Business
My business and a local establishment have reached an agreement to sell them a certain number of items for a specific number of years.

Would anyone know where I can find an exclusive distributor agreement sample business contract, or would anyone mind sharing one with me that maybe you used in the past.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a google search - Google Search - I think you may find some of the samples helpful.

You should have an attorney review the contract to make sure that whatever you have does not have any glaring errors.

If you can't hire an attorney, make sure that you save all documentation relating to your discussion of the agreement.
