All of our screen printing orders come from online. I don't know if that helps you any. We have around 200 website hits a day.

This will vary so greatly that I cant imagine anyone being able to tell you this. It will depend on how your site is set up and what your key word strategy is, etc. Do you already have a site? If not, let me know and maybe I can save you some of the time I wasted.

You shouldn't focus on other peoples sales. If they are higher than yours it's only going to discourage you.

I know you want to know because you want to compare how well you do to how someone else is doing but other people may be doing well for a wide variety of reasons.

My question to you is what are you doing to advertise your website? What is your advertising strategy? How are you differentiating your products from others?

Hits do not mean sales. Search engines generally get counted as hits but they're certainly not going to buy anything

Well when our hits go up our sales go up! Which is what she is looking for.

I think it is fantastic that you see that happening to you! It sounds like you have quality traffic. Unfortunately, this is not the case for most people.

A lot of times people don't segregate bot traffic from real traffic. Looks like you have that covered

I think it's going to be hard for people to post their "real" numbers on a public forum. You may have more luck if you PMd a few people.

I think that any numbers you have that allow you to cover your overhead are great - right? Given the economy and based on the statistics I've seen, most companies are just trying to stay alive.

If you can't get anyone to share numbers with you here, try checking the stats on National Retailer Federation website - National Retail Federation - (there are also such associations for just about every state). You can also take a look at http://www.shop.org which is NRF's digital side.

Sorry, I wish I could be more helpful
