Default Do I charge Sales Tax?

I'm sure this has been discussed before, but I haven't found it yet, so I thought that I would ask.

This week I will be printing for a booster club for the first time and don't know If I need to charge them a sales tax since they will be reselling the shirts as a fundraiser.

Also, I will be doing a contract printing job for a local embroidry company which will be providing the blanks. Would I charge them sales tax on my contract pricing since they have actually sold this order to the customer?

I'm not sure that either company has a resale tax id and I would think that the booster club would not?

Thank for the advice!

Oklahoma does not exempt non-profits from sales tax so a good rule to follow for everyone is: Unless your customer can supply you with a copy of their re-sale permit, collect sales tax.
