Re: Need Help with business organization Well, as far as organizing your inventory, accounts, etc. there are quite a few software programs out there you can find to help you with that task. For me, it was as simple as using Excel when I started. Develop a daily routine with your employees.
I meet with all my employees at 7:30 daily for a quick "huddle". We go over everything that needs to be done for the day. When we break, everyone knows what needs to be done without me reminding them. That's a small example of something I do.
I would suggest Excel for most of you needs. As you grow, you can bring in a CPA to take care of your books and you can focus on screen printing. |
