Default Can you????

Can you just register your company that contains 3 people as a general partnership???? Which would be the best way for us to class our business so that we all have an equal share and voice in this company.....

I think the best way to go would either be an LLC or an S corporation from what I have read, the LLC may be a little less expensive though, it gives you better liability protection too!

if you go to IRS website you can see the differences between LLC and S corp.

Depending on your state you can register on-line without having to have an outside company do it for you. Since there are 3 of you, it would be best to have a clear understanding of each others roles in the company and write them down.
