 Information about starrting up a clothing business
Hello
I live in the UK, and i want to register my Business. a couple of Questions as i went to AA to see thier pricing list and discovered that i had to have a registerd business to order from them
1.Do i need to register a Business to start selling printed t shirts?
2. I have seen alot of pple talking about
Sole P, LLC and C-corp what are these?
3. Can the Business name be different to the name of the clothing line? ( am planning to use a name as the Logo and design).
4. Do i need to trademark or copyright the name as the name is not my name but a made up name? (which i noticed there are pple who bear that name as their name)
