I was wondering what website to go on and search if there is already a clothing company with the same name that I want. I know that there is currdntly a T.V show with the name, will that have an affect on getting the name that I want?
also spend some time looking around google. I found some of my earlier names had already been taken so i just kept tryimg differnt ones in google till found one that didnt have any clothing lines under that name.

There are lots of clothing brands without an online presence.
Because you find a name that doesn't show up during a Google search doesn't mean that the name is available.
if got a similar problem.im from austria and just found out that german band has the name i wanted for my clothing line.
so if they sell t-shirts im basicaly not able to use that name?

hmm is there a way to find out online? because if would be stupid if i had to go to germany just to check if in their system they have it trademarked..
and if they have it trademarked in germany it means i could use itin austria but not in germany i guess?

Probably. There are international trademarks, but the chances of a small band bothering to get a trademark at all, let alone an international trademark, are very slim.
