this is my first post and I'm on my treo. I created a logo, business entity (registered). sent in my trademark info with slogan and logo. I do not want to sell other brands but rather have mine sell. what are the legalities in putting your logo on things and then having others use your shirts along with their designs? brand labels etc.?

Any time you use the word "legalities", you should consult an attorney.

But I have to ask: how can your brand be your logo, but other people's designs?
