My brother had a question and I am going to do my best to type it out because he is not here at the moment.

I start out at as a Sole Proprietorship and I create a trademark under I guess would be my name. Later I change to a Corporation. How do I and how easy is it for me to transfer that trademark over to the corporation?

you may be looking at bulk transfer laws when moving assets from one entity to another. a business broker or tax accountant may be able to help you out.
