In a video I believe i saw from this forum, the founder of Ecko talks about how in the early days his company was called Echo and was sued by a woman's clothing company called Echo. He sites this as the reason he changed his company name to Ecko. But wouldn't that normally still be illegal if you just spell it differently? I'm not sure if he won the lawsuit or not, but he said he lost money from it.
