I'm doing mine, soon. Its expensive, the price scares me.

Who all did it? I'm doing the more expensive, easy one. The $275 one's too hard!!

I actually went through a service called legalzoom.com to get our logo trademarked. Back then (3 year ago) it was only $99 (service only) for them to do all the legal paperwork and searches for possible infringements, etc. The Government filing is still $325. Even then, I had to work with a government rep to clear some issues (i.e. name tagging, IC codes, etc.) before they approved our trademark. It took about 6/7 months.
