Default Hanes copyright
Hi everyone,

I plan on using Hanes t-shirts to have my artwork printed on. If I want to sell the shirts to the public is this legal, given the fact that I'm using a Hanes brand t-shirt?
Does this apply to all commercial name brand t-shirts?

Yes, perfectly legal. If you wanted to buy a Ralph Lauren polo, put your artwork on it and sell it, that's legal too. It's also legal to advertise that your artwork is printed on Hanes brand shirts. If you go to their website, they also have downloadable pictures and color swatches, free for you to use to sell their product.

Most of us use Hanes, at one time or another. i am a big fan of their ringspun Beefy Tees.
