Default registering multiple features in 1 TM application?
Hi, so lets say in my trademark application I wanted to TM my...
-design of my zippull
-my trade name
-my company logo


Would I have to register 2 or 3 seperare TM's are those, or could I do them all in 1 TM application since their all for the same company?

Your trade name and company logo can be done with the same application.

I don't know why you would want to trademark your zipper pull, though, and unless it's the same as your logo, you wouldn't be able to trademark that anyway.
