Okay I search up my name that I want to get trademark and there 11 records of usage under the name and alive...the closest one for my usage of my clothing line is a this one company using for personal care products...so I am good to send my request to for trademarking the name for my clothing company? Also how much should I be ready to spend on a trademark and is there a yearly fee or something?
no yearly fee, registration last 15 years generally, dont know about where you are but in Canada you can get registered for about $450 if all goes well.
