 WTF the red on my gt541 wont print!!!
Here is my issue. I did short run of 20 shirts this past week, lets say it was thursday. the prints came out fine that day. Didnt print on Friday...I come back to print on Saturday and the red doest want to print all the way. It would print half of the nozzle. Called GSG on Monday and he said that is was because my red ink was low and created a vaccum in the lines and a new cartridge should correct to problem. So I swabbed the print head and I got a new cartridge and ran a "super duper" head cleaning. Now it doesnt print at all. I've used almost 1/4 of the cartridge thus far and still the problem is not corrected. I have read the other forums about people having this same problem. Does anyone have the number to the refurbishing program? or any other ideas of what could be causing this? I was wondering if I could blow the lines out if there was an air bubble but I'm apprehensive about tinkering with a 20K machine and not knowing how to do it. HELP!!! On a side note brother should really give more training with this machine I literally got a 30 minute elementary run down of the machine. At 20k I at least want half a day. |
