Did you go with conveyor heater or heat press method, he said heat press is only 35 sec cure compared to 5 min. in conveyor
I have more just got to grab photo and upload them. The ink cost with pretreat was around $2.80ish if i remember. Oh it came from a 72dpi image. AMAZING!
At our mini training/Demo we learned that the machine is built to be rock solid. And to my surprise we left the training feeling like the artist (us) is actually what has the challenge not the machine. Artist development makes a HUUUGE difference wither you cut cost or not, Funny how things workout that way.

Yes, We will be offering wholesale printing. The are variables we must address first like first getting our machine up and running comfortably. Then there's the pricing matrix, of course, dependent on our bottomline. We haven't promod for it yet for 2 reasons.
1. We don't want to slow down orders for our Gt-541 by advertising it to soon.
2. We are waiting on our webmaster to have the moment to creatively ad the news.
We are definitely looking to be unlimited as we are leaning towards offering a wide range of options to print on. We are also debating if we want to print on submitted garments. Still kinda unsure because there is always some margin of error and people don't listen when it comes to submitting an extra garment or 2 in case of error. We really want to
make the service affordable and reliable at the same time. So basically we have some details to work out but definitely be offering wholesale. Send me your email and we can talk more in depth.
Saw the 782 at the ISS in Atlanta and was super impressed. The registration was absolutely perfect for the underpass and final color pass. Also looked at the DTG Viper at the show and noticed the underpass peeking out slightly on all of the samples I saw.
Not to rain on anyones parade, but it's hard to tell much from those photos. And having myself taken a lot of photos of digital prints, they tend to look brighter then the real deal.
It doesn't appear to me that they are even getting near silk screen quality....?
I would just hate to start sending out shirts and then hearing about the prints not being bright.
Fair assumption but i can vouch that they are bright. Actually every person that we have shown to thinks its a screen printed shirt. Looking forward to testing more when it arrives next wednesday.
Sweet now you got lots of printing to do to pay $1300 lease plus 200 insurance haha.
