There is 100cc of ink in my cart. when Brother says there is NONE READ! TY
So I took advice of a member here about opening upo cart. and pushing ink forward like tooth paste and taping down.
Well I was in disbelief what I saw:
I ran out of black Ink (or so Brother printer says) I open up cart and there was "No Joke" 80 to 100 cc atleast of ink still left. I just had to push ink 1/3 way forward and now it says I got half a full cart.
They apparently make there money by scamming people on the ink major time Ha.
Well I will def. order Sawgrass inks from Harry at equipmentZone next week because I heard awesome reviews from people via PM and will disclose my own review in open forum when I actually run low on ink Ha

eh. I dont wanna re open the black but I will open up yellow when it says its empty, oh funny thing with the yellow, it said it was low as well and I gave it a good shake, now sys half full and done over 50 shirts with alot of yellow, hasn't moved a dab

I meant when you test the Sawgrass inks, rather than of you rolling up ink bags. Since sample pics still seem to be hard to come by, for those inks........

Hello everyone and hello Sean i just got me brother 541 used like i told you and i have to buy ink from the dealer here in minnesota i pay $200 for each one and im just reding about your problem with the ink so you think is better sawgrass then the brother ink? how much is the ink from sawgrass? and by the way i have to bright the tech because i want make sure he just go true the all machine because the machine was set for 1 month with no power in a warehouse any ways i hoppe still in a good shape.

Hey Dude,
I have heard even if machine sets for a month, you can do a few power head cleans and get it back working.
Brothers are a workhorse and are made to be tough. I not saying Sawgrass are better but they apparently print just as good and are $50 cheap a cart.
The inks last a very long time, so far I got about 1 thous prints and inks are going stronge with a little help ofcourse Ha

Ok i will let you know how by thursday because he said he got a lot work for the tech but i just clean the all machine inside and out from dust and dirt from the place also i got one cd that is said install cd but is said just for windows 200 and xp what about vista.? that what i have in my pc.

As you have mentioned, we're not claiming the Sawgrass ink cartridges are better then the Brother inks. The ink, at the very least, is as good as the Brother inks so the competitive advantage comes down to price. Let me know when you're ready to try.

I heard that to but I can't imagine has it can be possible.
Brother uses heavy duty heads and waterbased inks are no where as bad as solvent based inks in the arena of head killing
