Default Printer Homing Issues

So came into the shop....printed 1 shirt without any issues. printer returned home and then started to slowly creep forward without reason ( so far forward that it came into contact with the base causing a servo fault error). i then turned the printer base off waited a few minutes, then back on only to have the servo fault pop up right away. next i turned the drive screw by hand to get the flexi back towards the home position -- powered the base back up pressed button the return printer to home position and it moved to the front again.

doesnt seem like the power supply issues i had with the other flexi's . limit switch maybe?

Yes. it could be the "Limit Switch" or maybe the printer is not sitting on it's base correctly, check to see that the printer probe is making an engagement with that swith and also check it's connection.

just checked the switch and probe, everything SEEMED to be fine there. However, after looking at it a little closer i found that the probe was hitting the switch ( i have no idea when/how this happened. i ship this one all over the place so it doesnt really surprise me ) i cleaned the switch and bent the probe up a tiny bit and all is working now.
