This relates to the pump phase...as the pump rotates, there is a gap that a sensor "reads" to keep the timing in check. Most of the time, you can unplug and restart to alleviate this error, if not the sensor may be blocked or has gone bad.
My flexi jet has a Error Code 00010035 how can I fix this
Not sure what you have done already or if you have been cleaning, fixing or replacing anything??
But this is direct from the service manual.

Error Meaning:
Pump phase detection error
Cause of Trouble:
Pump position cannot be detected even though the Pump Motor turns at the designated amount, or the Pump Phase Sensor is damaged. Or power supply fuse for ASF/Pump Motor Driver is broken on main board.
Remedy:
Check whether or not recovery can be done by turning power OFF and back ON. If error recurs, replaced the Pump Phase Sensor. Or replace the C593 MAIN board.
If you have had the pump station out, make sure the pump is turning with the motor(gears may be not engaged properly), the little plug that goes into the sensor on the back of the pump may not be properly inserted.
Make sure your wiper blade area is clean and can move freely back and forth. If it's gunked up with ink it can restrict the movement of the pump motor that can effect and trigger this error.
