Default Print head alinement

Hi All
I am trying to aline my flexijet 4880 printhead. I used the alinement utility in the printer settings this fixed the vertical how do I fix the horizontal? I put in a new encoder strip. Any ideas? Has anyone encounter this problem?

Have you tried cleaning the Sensor that the Encoder Strip is read by? Use a small, Cleaning Solution-soaked piece of t-shirt, and "floss" where the strip is inserted. If this doesn't work do a Manual Bi-D Adjustment found on page 424 of the Epson 4800 Service Manual.

Make sure also that the rotary encoder under the left cover is clean and that the screw drive and rails are very clean and lubricated well.
