With the right side side cover off and you do a simple clean and the print head moves to the left you can see that the "WiperBlade" moves to the forward/cleaning position where it wipes the "Print Head", also mke sure that the "Wiper Blade" is clean.

That is working fine. Do you think that it is an airflow problem. I just put in new ink cartridges but I
notice there is alot of air bubbles in the lines.
Again is this a new printer or was the the first time that you have put ink into the system?
If yes than you need to do the initial fill or a power clean to replenish the ink system and to get the air or voides out of your ink delivery system.

If there are just a few air bubbles in the ink line, you should be fine. If there is an actual void in the line where there is no ink, then you should at most do a Power Cleaning. An initial fill uses much more ink, and you should only have to do it if you have just purged your ink system. Another way is to use a syringe with rubber tubing attached to it to "refresh" the ink in the line:
Depress the Blue Solenoid Lever and center the Printhead Carriage on the Carriage Rails. Unscrew the 3 screws that
fasten the carriage’s “Smokey Grey” Cover.
Make sure that your Ink Levers are “Up”, so you close the valves that feed the ink system. If you do not, the ink in the lines will run back to the Cartridge when the ink line is opened after undoing the White Screw Caps.
Unscrew the Caps. Be sure not to lose the Black “O” Ring that seals the ink tube to the J-Joint. Also, be careful not to kink or fold the ink tube while handling.
Attach the Rubber tubing secured to the syringe on the open end of the ink line.
Once you have a vacuum seal, lower the Ink Levers and slowly, but steadily pull back on the syringe’s depresser. This motion pulls the dormant ink in the lines out and allows fresh ink in from the cartridge.
When the syringe is full, raise the Ink Lever to close the ink valve, then remove the syringe and hose from the ink tube.
Replace the White Caps to the J-Joints with the Black “O” Ring approximately 1/16th of an inch from the end of the ink tube.
