Default Nozzle clog?

I am having trouble with two lines on Flexi-Jet printer. I've run multiple cleaning cycles and thoroughly cleaned wiper, capping station, spitting station, etc. with no results. I think I need to take the head or dampers off (apart). Can anyone walk me through this? I have had this printer since 10-2008. I have run only about 350 prints. This problem seems extreme with not much use. Suggestions?

Did you clean the feed area in the ink cartridge?

Are you printing with the caps off to maximize air flow?

Have you taken a look at the surface of the print head to see if there is any dried ink there?

Have you put CPS or cleaning solution in the capping station and raised the levers to soak the print head?

The only place I know of with detailed instructions on cleaning the print head is the DTGInks.com forum.

What ink channels are bad and what does your nozzle check look like?
Also what ink set are you using?

Your printer is under warranty, so All American should be able to help you.

No Yellow and No Black is printing at all. And although Cyan and Magenta are printing very vibrantly, the nozzle check is not perfect and never has been.

Then AA should help you. I would contact them before you dismantle the printer as you may put your warranty in jeopardy.

I think the newer version of the warranty excludes the print head.

Do you have a hygrometer? If your humidity is below 50% clogging can easily result.
All ink brands require high humidity and need at minimum a simple clean daily if the printer is not in daily use.
