I have had my flexi L for about 4 months now, and I think it is a good machine overall. People in the market for one, especially someone new to DTG printing, just has to be prepared for a learning curve. It takes a few months to get a good handle on maintaining your machine and also getting good quality prints on a regular basis. My gut feeling is that the people who complain heavily about DTG printing were under the impression that they were going to be able to buy a machine and put it in thier home or store, and just use it when they need it. If you are buying one, make sure that you can get the business to keep it running on a regular basis (daily is best), or otherwise take a self-evaluation and see if you are up for the amount of work necessary to accomplish that. Just my 2 cents...

At this point, if you are looking into a Flexi-Jet, you no longer have to look at All American's track record when doing your research. All American no longer supports the BelQuette brand, and BelQuette is now their own main distributor. Everything from A to Z is done under one roof, and if you ask Flexi-Jet owners, BelQuette has always stood behind their products. No matter what you may have heard, BelQuette still manufactures their own products here in America, and they still sell and fully support brand new Flexi-Jets, mod series printers, and innovative products for all Digital Garment Printers.

I can back that up, Belquette has helped me with my Flexi even though I bought it used. They are willing to troubleshoot with me over the phone, and also overnight parts if needed.

We have one of the original 50 Flexijets produced and are still using it regularly. We have only had to replace the print head once and have had it almost 3 years now. When we have had problems we have talked to either Mark from Belquette, Dan from DTGinks, or Michelle or Steve from Supertprinting. All have been really helpful with the Flexijets.
