Default DTG Digital And Flexi-Jet
I am about to buy a DTG printer and i am between the DTG digital and Flexi-jet.
Can anyone give me some info about their support? Do these guys actually care about you after they get paid? Or they ignore your e-mails? Iam concerned about this sinece iam in Europe and i cant really load the printer on my car and dump it at their head offices if i get really mad with them.
Please if anyone can give out some support experience about those printers , it would be very helpful.

Where in Europe are You? There are Flexi-Jet distributors all across the continent that would be an additional support layer for you.

I am in Cyprus. The closest we have is Greece. But if they can support me by phone or by e-mail and i dont mean answering to the e-mail after a week iam fine. Also if they honor their quarantee in case there is a fault on the printer.
Do you have any experience with them?

Unfortunately we do not have a distributor in Greece.

I think PolyPrint is located in Greece and from what I undestand they are the manufacturer of the printer. You might want to check them out. Here is their website - Polyprint | digital textile printing solutions. Hope this helps.

polyprint makes the texjet. This is a totally different brand or is it the same with another name?

It is a completely different printer. Flexi-Jet is made in Clearwater, FL and PolyPrint is made in Greece. But both of them run off of the 48X0 Epson printer. There are other differences as well. But if you are worried about support, having the manufacturer of the machine in a country close to you is better than one that is a 7 - 8 hour time difference.
