Servo fixed now a MAJOR problem with 2nd ink layer
I just got my servo problem figured out and started doing some color on whites and everything was going fine. Then I tried to do a second layer of color over a shirt to darken it up some and it printed about 1/2 inch higher than the previous design. I decided to double check to make sure I didn't do something like move the platten not thinking and evidently I didn't because it did it again on the next print I did. I didn't know if now with all the adjusting if my choke and feed could just be that far off. I don't think that is it, but maybe it is. I just mention the servo thing that was a problem before because it involved tinkering around the printer base and was wondering if something is maybe haywire down there still. Once again, I'm using a flexijet so if that helps now you know in case you didn't. Thanks ahead of time to someone who solves this for me, it is to late at night to be at work.

I have been in constant phone contact with All American for the past couple of days and they are doing what they can over the phone. I haven't really gotten into the warranty stuff yet. I will check out these other forums. Thanks very much.

Yes, he did...thank you so much for recommending i go to that forum. I had my problem solved in less than hours of phone time. Probably less than 30 minutes of phone time actually. Very helpful.
