Question Processing Orders (Shipping from Australia)

Hey so basically I want to find a way to ship and process my orders in a simple and easy way so I don't mess up my orders and what not. PayPal will be where all my payments are going to come through but what I wanted to know is how can I work out shipping and stuff as opposed to going to the post office.

See being Australian based I'm content as to whether or not I can ship with say Endicia or PayPal? Like is there an option to do it as simple as many US based companies do it or is there no option to do it besides going into the Post office. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here are links to the packaging shipping processes I am talking about

Thanks,

Yeah been looking into it just didn't get much of a reply here

Can check out this other post I made via emptees

Emptees - Talk - Processing Orders (Shipping from Australia)

Actually got some of a response but basically all you can really do shipping wise is go to the post office...

Gday,
pends how much you are going to send.Parcel Post will pick up from you ,but you have to meet the contract agreements. There is also a minimum amount ( Ithink about 5k) in order for them to pick it up. Problem with post is that international shipping you will only get small discounts,if any. But it is very reliable, safe and fast and competitve to other carriers. You can also try DHL.
International shipping prices from here are pretty horrendous as well! Unless you are shipping huge amounts, sending one shirt will bite big time. I sent a pair of shoes to Hong Kong= $28!
Just try and get a contract, the sales reps will treat you like royalty and you can persuade them big time
Cheers
ps also try and not send the shirt in one of those pre paid satchels...they sometimes get caught and destroyed in the sorting machines...just my experience

sweet thanx for the info.
yea looks like auspost is the only way to go..

I went to the auspost site and found this:

Click and Send - 'About' Home

I guess it does let you organise your postage as much as you can before you go to the post offfice... plus it lets you keep a record of customers you've supplied..
