Cool [AUSTRALIA] which is the best maker of tees?

Hi all Joker here,

I have read so many conflicting views as to which is the best maker of tee's and the like. I've heard that Gildan has shrinkage problems, Anvil has shrinkage and baggy arms, and only heard good stuff about AAA.

Can the good people on this forum please let me know who is the best and cheapest to source from.

Cheers

That's because it's based on opinion. There is no "best". There's only the "best for your needs" or "best for your customers needs" or "personal favorite".

Just try a few of the blanks and pick which one YOU feel is the best

All we can give you is more conflicting opinions on which we think is best.

Sure there are good ones and bad ones HOWEVER if you cant afford the BEST to fit in your budget then its not counted. You can use the less expensive brand however your client or you might not like the feel. As rodney said try as many as you can and see what works for you and get opinions from friends and family. Dan

I agree. Its what shirt is best for ewhat you are doing with it.

In my opinion Gildan is the best value for Money. They have great all round wearbility, have never had a shrinkage problem and are not expensive. I reckon they have the best colour fastness out of all the T's around too.

I find the AAA is a great T untill it has been washed a few times and then it looses colour and shape.

But both are great at the end of the day, just stay cleray of JB's! YUCK!

Hi,
I have to agree that you need to suck it and see. We have used the products from Shiny (winning spirit) and RAMO as well as LW Reid.
Check out a range of their shirts before deciding.

We are looking at using Gildan and AA at present but need to purchase some samples. Bottom line is that the promo shirts are cheap, but they are thin and not always a good fit. The market that you want to sell to or what your customer (a tshirt designer/ retailer) wants to sell for will inform what you need to purchase.

We use Winning biz fitted shirts for a pub, as they wanted a fit like bonds, but didn't want to pay the $ for bonds shirts, and we didn't know were to get them from. The shirts have lasted the distance and maintained shape and colour.

So, regardless of what everyone says you really do need to try it yourself.

Good luck!

From the limited use I have had of T-Shirt magic they seem to be a good street style tshirt which is all the rage at the moment also. Just thought I would put it in there.

LW Reid I use for kids but nothing else as they have no style and are potato sack feeling for adults. My thoughts anyway. But they can be usefull for a quick and easy job for instance when the customer is trying to fit into a budget.
