 Screen Printing / Shirts / Hoodies in Sydney

This is my first post here, so apologies if this is in the wrong area or it has been answered somewhere. I have been reading this site for a few months now and it has some great information.
Myself and my brother are starting a clothing range with our company (based in the custom car industry). I am looking for someone in the Sydney area (Inner West preferred, however City and North Shore is no prob.) that can handle our clothing requirements.. Basically, we want to offer Hoodies in Black and White (Mens, Ladies) and shirts in black and white (Mens, Ladies) and Flexi-Fit hats (however we can get the hats done elsewhere if need be.
I have done up our first mock design however am looking for recommendations on companies that people here have used and are happy with.
Initially we will need help getting the design right (most likely for screen printing, however I have read a heap about Plastisol and that might be possible as well). The shirts will have a small logo on the back of the next and a large design on the front in probably 2-3 colours.
Can anyone recommend some places to go to, or does anyone here run a company that can help us out. We are just in the process of starting this company, so we are trying to keep costs down, however we also believe in paying that "bit extra" to get a good quality product.
We have purchased samples from ASColour and are quite happy with the quality of a few of their products so are happy to keep using these however are open to using others. We have also had labels designed up and samples made.
