meron bang ibang mabibilhan ng excalibur plastisol inks aside from multiprint?or other high end plastisol inks?meron din bang nakakaalam kung san merong nagmimix ng pantone color for plastisol?thanks

tamang tama tong question na toh.... eto rin ang kailangan ko.. chard try mo sa printwork bka nag mmix sila.. sana may mag share dyan... pede bako mag ask sayo question chard medyo ot.. advisable ba gamitin ang t shirt press sa water based na inks??

nakausap ko na si mam wilma sa printworks e..hindi sila nagmimix ng plastisol..tpos konti lang yung available colors nila for plastisol (red, blue, green, violet. white, yellow, black).actually sa multiprint nagmimix sila ng pantone and maganda benta nilang plastisol..excalibur brand..nahihirapan lang ako kasi sa laguna pa ako..hindi nmn ako nakakaluwas lagi e ang hirap umorder sa knila thru shipping..minsan di ka rereplyan..T_T

yup, pede mo sya gamitin..actually sa mga tulco containers, nakalagay ng sa kanila na icure using heat press for 15 secs at 150 degrees C..hehe ska un din ginagamit ko dati..pinapatuyo ko nga lang muna ung print tas saka ko heat press..pero hindi na ngaun..may flasher na ako e..diretso flasher na..hehe

chard mali ata ako ng tanung un t shirt rotary press ang tinutukoy ko kung ok sya gamitin sa water based inks d b madali matuyo un pag sa rotary press gagamitin.. unlike pag plastisol or aquasoft sa tulco kahit babad mo sa screen di mag babara...

mali pala ako ng pagkakaintindi..ang naisip ko kasi heat press..screen press pala..haha

pede mo nmn gamitin ung screen press for water based ink..actually maraming post d2 sa forums na gumagamit ng waterbased ink for softer hand feel saka sa mga overprints na lalampas sa mga seams..yup, mas madali syang matuyo pero ganun talaga water based e..always have a spray bottle of water para marehydrate yung ink pag medyo nagddry na..mix ka lang din ng retarder sa ink para matagal matuyo..aggresive strokes para matanggal yung nagbabara sa screen then screen opener pag clogged na talaga screens..hehe
