Questions about the products. Did you ever try Mat Color from JJ Virgo? and their Emulsion?
I tried to use one of Mat colors from them pero ambilis matuyo ee, and nag sstock sha sa mga butas ng screen, sobrang lagkit pa, is it really like that? or may kelangan pang ihalo? What brand pa ba ang effective para sa inyo? suggest lang so I can buy a sample from them.
Sa Emulsion nman, We tried the white emulsion one at first, mahirap sha bakbakin and ung details hndi gnun kuha, then next we tried the violet one nman (same from Virgo) ganda ng kinalabasan sa details and hndi mdali din makuha pag wash out na, the problem is mashadong malambot, day after the image burning, I left it still then kinabukasan ginamit namin for test then pag hugas nabakbak ung emulsion T_T. Suggestion Please...
regarding sa mat colors, mas madali talaga syang matuyo compare sa normal na opaque..thou ung mga ginagamit ko na mat colors e from screen art..nilalagyan ko lng sya ng binder para mas maganda ung flow and mas matibay ung print..u can try to spray mist of water on your screens para mrehydrate ulit ung paint..pag nagbara nmn u can use screen opener..pero dpt medyo resistant ung emulsion mo sa mga solvent na chemicals like screen opener..
Bakit di niyo i-try gamitin ang TULCO True Color.....Base ito tapos add lang kayo ng pigments then presto....Sobrang ganda pa ng opacity at di siya ganun kadli matuyo at madali lang maghugas ng screen kasi di kumakapal sa screen....Di niyo rin kailangan mag spray ng tubig at mag add pa ng binder.....Additional costs din yun di ba. And besides, ang ink pag nalagyan ng tap water, sigurdo babaho yun. Masasayang lang yung ink niyo.
Mga Sir..bakit po yung JJ virgo na rubberized kahit cure na dumidikit pag nag contact ung printed area...d2 po sa cebu ko binili yun sa Tybee...ano pong mali ko doon mga sir?kasi gnagamit ko is keenworth S2/W2 japan + pigments...nag try lang ako sa virgo kasi mura sya compare sa keenworth...yung result sa jj virgo ok lang maganda rin sya kasi kahit 2 pass lang makapal na sya...kaso dumidikit!

Tanong lang po, ano technique/ink mixture niyo sa superwhite ng virgo? pure superwhite po ba? anlabo po kasi ng print ko kahit 4 coats na print-dry-print.. di naman mashado madiin ung stroke ko..
Nasa magkan0 po kaya ang 1/4 nun sir chard?matingkad po ba mga kulay nun?kasi po yung yelow ko na triton 4 coat para maprint sa black shirts,gusto ko po sana yung 1 to 2 stroke lang e ayos na
