hi fellow filipino printers, as we all know there are different suppliers for our screenprinting needs..and listed above were some of them that i know..with their different line of products that they are selling, their prices differ (some tolerable but others to some extent)..the question is, with all their different product lines and prices, thus the outcome of the print really significant?
i hope some of our fellow printers whose been long in the business and knows these supplier's product would shed some light to us..thanks in advance..
Re: Products from TULCO/VIRGO/PRINTWORKS/SCREENART
to mr. c we suggest if you still have an option to change the type of shirt might as will do so..because as of this time theirs no chemical availble in the market that can improve the dye of t-shirt or fabrics.......

Re: Products from TULCO/VIRGO/PRINTWORKS/SCREENART
Plastisol ba o water-based?
Pag plastisol, migration will occur e.g. if your shirt is black and your print is white....rh white will become gray. am i right? That is normal for plastisol ink.
Now, if water-based, it will depend on the kind of ink that you use.
You can go to TULCO or KIMCO Printing Supplies in Reina Regente. You can bring your samples there and they will give a recommendation on what to do.
Re: Products from TULCO/VIRGO/PRINTWORKS/SCREENART
Our Photocure TXR is from MURAKAMI from Japan. We are the exclusive distributor of MURAKAMI photo emulsions here in the Philippines...
But currently, TXR is out of stock. But if you are going to use water-based inks only, AQUASOL ER is the best to use. The feature and application is the same with TXR. But the water resistance of AQUASOL ER is very good since it is mainly created for water-based inks. Unlike TXR, it can be used both for plastisol and water-based inks.
