I need an expert/experienced peoples advice on vinyl cutters.

I am going buy Vinyl cutter in a few days I am a senior graphic artist been working on graphics for more than 8yrs. and I think it's time for me to do designs for my own shirts.

I want to start with vinyl cutting and screen printing, I want to know what is the best inexpensive Vinyl cutter out there, I've read that "Optical Eye" feature is better than "Laser Pointer" etc.

Any advice on Vinyl Cutter I will greatly appreciate as I will be using your info to buy one in a few days. Thanks in advance guys

If your design is just one color cutting you can use any china cutter but if you gonna do contour cutting and multiple layer design the best is craftrobo or roland cutter. Optical eye and laser pointer guide is way different. Optical aye can cut automatic sensing technology while laser pointer guide you need to align each time you cut an image. Imagine if you gonna cut 20pcs design how much the time you spent to finish the job. Check your budget and your main purpose of your cutter. I am planning to use it only in shirts my budget is 30k below. I can't find Craftrobo in olx to see the price, I am from Bataan and I am going to Divisoria next week hopefully to test before buying and I wish to have a better knowledge before going there to ask smart questions to the seller, I hope to learn from you guys.

Do you know/recommend a store in Divisoria? If I go for a China made cutter plotter, what brand is your recommendation? What is your thought on Silhouette Cameo? sorry for many question.

I appreciate your reply sir, thank you.

US Cutter has a small desktop cutter for under $200. I bought one a couple of months ago and it's paid for itself several times over. I've already done two large storefront signs, several window signs, and about ten orders for individual T-shirts.

A one color T-shirt takes just a few minutes to cut and press, comes out looking better than a screen printed shirt, and nets a profit of $8-$12. I'd do those all day long if I had enough orders.
