may kalayuan ang price actually. sa labas, it can fetch from 35-38k, whereas when from china, it only costs 21-24k, including handling na. so there.

about the spare parts, i think pwede bumili sa mga tao online. or sabi nung supplier, papalitan daw nila yung unit so long as within warranty.

I happened to be in China right now and I'll be flying back tommorow feb 29. I used the oppurtunity to buy a heat press and mug press. Sabi nung may ari ng store pwede mag request ng spare parts pag nasira for free with in 6 mos warranty. In my case I have no shipping company to blame. I bought the heat press for 135 USD and mug press for 82 USD (with timer and temperature control)

try to visit CISS manila at teestudio medyo may package price sila na range to 18T- 26T.

the 35-38k heat press i'm referring to is the 5-in-1 heat press package. pwede gumawa ng shirt, mugs, plates and baseball caps. yung sa shenzhen they're selling it for about 21-23k lang, kasama na handling. kaya may kamahalan kasi madami kang kinds of products na pwede gawin using 1 machine only.

dtg is waaaaaaay expensive. costs around 700k, there's just one supplier in the Philippines (from what i know).

id like to pursue a biz using heat press (for individual orders) and screenprinting or dtg for bulk. but i won't invest on a screenprinter or a dtg printer. Im still looking for contact suppliers for screenprinting tho.

there is a Philippine distributor of the DTG printers located in Manila...depends on what type of printer you are looking for...the DTG Kiosk and HM1 printers are in the 700k - 1M peso range. kaso if you are planning on getting a printer, the HM1 is a better choice rather than the Kiosk...but personally, i've seen both printers perform at a tradeshow in NJ and I am not too impressed with both machine. I like the Brother machine though...

Last time I heard, the DTG HM1 costs more than 1M, and the Kornit 932NDS, more than 4M. I wonder if there would be people in Manila willing to pay 500Php or more for a DTG printed black tee. What do you , Kabayans, think?
