I just bought a digital heat press yesterday from Big Pix. It's a bit pricey compared to other machines around but what really got me interested was their service.Their account executive assisted me personally and was very accommodating. I spent almost a month looking for one & by far their machine (IMO) is the best around.. or at least their service is. Their acct. exec. even delivered the machine personally to our place (free delivery).

I'm not a big fan of generic no-name equipment made in China in the first place, bu a 3 month warranty doesn't exactly instill any confidence.
It's tough to tell one press from another from the outside since they all look relatively the same, but if you're looking to save money I'd at least suggest buying a cheaper model from a more reputable company.

I agree with you Paul, that's why I opt to buy my 1st heat press from a company which has been around the printing industry for awhile ()they do large format printing). Also, their machine has a 1yr warranty.

the following was cut and paste from your link......... pressure and temprature settings are accurate compared to the older versions and results are guaranteed to be much better this time.
I would be vary wary of anything being sold as "much better this time"

A heat press is a stand alone equipment for pressing heat transfer papers on shirts. I think you can benefit much by first trying to search for heat press tutorial videos on youtube.
