Anajet started it's own users forum and we were not even allowed to sign in as we have had substantial problems with our machine. Has this happened to anyone else? We spent alot of money on this machine to do white ink and now we can not get into their site to see how to fix the problems.
Ah they learned not to answer calls back and now forum denial : )
Umm. Forum been around for awhile, ask DAguide for info. to log in, he manages I think
I would give you y log in info but I forgot it, or wait whats link to it
The forum is new. It started about a month ago, and DAGuide has no afflilition with it at all. He had an old forum, that is now basically defunct. TPbaker, you are right.

Have tried to get Anajet to let us in but no luck from anyone there. They are having a sales meeting up here in the Seattle area and we are going down to this. They have a training session on Saturday that we are also attending. This is going to be fun as we have had every problem in the book and would like to see them have to explain why one machine would need 5 chip sets and have us replace the mother board. The first machine I had they took back and sent us another as it would stop in the middle of a print and just freeze. We have lots of questions to ask and since there is only talking to the techs on the phone we want to see if we can get any of our problems aired out. This should cause the person to cower a bit as we are taking the machine apart all the time with the tech manual being full in our hands now except for replacing the motor section.
Not sure why you would not be able to get in. Did you sign up with the warranty info that is requested in order to sign up for the forum, it is different than logging in on the regular anajet.com tech support section. I can say they have always been very helpful anytime I had a question.
Were you ever in the new forum or are you talking about logging in on anajet.com? they are 2 differnent logins

You need to have registered your machine with AnaJet. Then you use your customer ID along with your e-mail to create your account.
With all due respect, Mr. BigJack, you must be referring to a different forum. The AnaJet forum is only about 1 or 2 months old. I've never had a problem getting AnaJet to answer my calls, or return my e-mails. Just my experience.
Ranger West - I don't know why your machines have given you so much trouble. You should definitely require that AnaJet stand up to their product. I've had my AnaJet for a little over a year, and haven't had any major issues. I print on lights and darks with great results. Their tech guys/gals have always been great to work with. Keep us informed as to how your meeting goes with them.

Well it's been a while. Went down to training and they found out we were not as bad as we sounded on the phone. We got to talk to Eddy and he is a nice guy that just has to ask all the same questions to help fix a problem. We are now allowed to get into the forum. Also with the newest software have fixed most of the white ink issues we had.
