 Needs advice from the pros.
I have owned an Anajet for three months. I have bought $2,000 worth of ink and have not any profit to show for it because it took that much to get the machine to print like the "example" they showed us. We have bought enough pretreatment for three shops and can't get it NOT to show, as in a circle on a shirt, even though we follow all directions and have made so many calls the techs at the company feel like family. We would have to charge $30 a shirt to ever pay for this thing. What are we doing wrong? The pretreament, if not put on thick enough, does not hold white. Too think, and it leaves circles that DON'T wash out. I just did orange shirts and the pretreatment did not wash out. What can we do to better utilize this machine. The colors are not vivid, not matter what we do. I am usually embarrassed to send out dark shirts...anything other than white has to be treated. Help. |
