Hi. I've only had my Anajet FP125 since May. Have been doing the maintenance and keeping it in proper environment (humidity, dust free, etc.) I had a clog in one of the tubes so Anajet just sent me some new white tubes and I replaced, everything seemed to be going great. Then last Friday the waste ink pad reset warning started beeping and would not stop even after running the adjustment program. I cleaned the encoder strip and let the printer sit over night. The next day, Saturday, it was working fine. Sunday I took the day off and Monday morning when I turned the machine back on it started beeping again. Anajet overnighted me a new encoder strip, I just changed it and still the beeping. I checked all the connections and everything is fine. When you turn the machine on it starts initializing and get to the end of the initializing process before the beeping starts. Anajet techs are baffled and said they would call me back when they do some more research. I am sitting on about 20 orders that I can't do and I have to start refunding some money because I won't make the deadline. Anyone else have any ideas?
Is it this steady light on inside machine? and wont allow you to print right....
Had that happen, they know what wrong just dont wanna tell ya, its you board which is located next to print head, easy to replace, could be from lighting or something

No not a steady light but a blinking orange light next to "wait" on the control panel. Will not let me print at all. Not sure what caused it but we don't get any lightening where I am at. The unit is plugged into a surge protector. Still nothing on what could have caused it or what I need to do, frustrating. I'm just a stay-at-home mom with a small garment design business and this is about to put me out of business!
They told me it was lightning, I bet it still that chip, ine may of been blinking i cant remember was awhile back but sounds exactly like issue I had, and they said same thing that they were clueless on issue until i talked to steve who suggested that remedy, still under warranty so ask them to ship part to ya and get it over night, they will give you some bull excuse you gotta pay but put your foot down and say that your loosing oney, there issue to give faulty machine and they send over night for free.
Amy, Not sure if this is right, but there is a chip in the head that rests against the front of the carriage, You may try to take it out, clean off contacts, put it back in and see if that works. The lightning that Sean talks about could be any kind of static or EMP(surge) cause by risky wireing(no ground) or having the printer on the same circut as a heavy motor or taxed load. Try to re-insert that chip ( actually a group of chips) and see if that works. Good luck.

Thanks so much Ian, I will give it a shot. My husband came home from work tonight and asked me "who died?", I replied, "My busines." If this works I owe you all beer...at least!
Ian, do you know how I access this chip, I am looking at the machine now, remember, I am a girl ;-)
Jill, I'm an equal opportunity kind of guy... Even a girl (or caveman) could do it. If you log in to the Anajet website(tech support) there is a video to get at your dampers and ink system. It's the same procedure. I hesitate to go through the step by step, but the pictures should help.

OK got it! I'll let you know how it turns out, keep your fingers crossed!

Hey none of that girl stuff haha I would have helped but I have a HM1 Pretty soon you will be able to take your machine apart and put it back together just like me hehe.

I had this same problem after I replaced my tubes, and it was exactly what Ian was describing. Except my chip was bad, I just didn't put everything back together correctly, so the chip didn't make full contact with the head.
Hopefully taking apart the housing above the printhead, per the video, will fix the problem.
Oh you may need some kinda anti static thing when removing, they gave me it in a kit when I was replacing and use denatured alcohol to clean it, purer than regular stuff
Well, I am SOL on the printer. Its being shipped back to Anajet this afternoon for repair. I just hope it does not take too long for them to repair and re-ship, I have a 400 shirt order for October that I really do not want to have to pass-up!
