has anyone else had an issue with the white cartridges leaking?
i am not talking out of the little hole, i am talking out the side of the plastic, like the bag in side is punctured...
we had three of them do this brand new, about three shirts into the machine, and anajet will not return phone calls or emails, they are ignoring me and just want to know if this is common?

Ya, they like calls about you wanting to buy a machine not complain about machine ; )
One of main reasons I had bad blood.. though I can be getting ahead of myself, were they even open?
If leaking open up cart. look for a puncture and duck tape it up
This is not the norm, them not answering tech support. Ink carts are a MFG product and there can be a problem from time to time. I know they are in a transion with distributors but thats no reason for them not to return tech support questions,

this is somewhat disturbing as i was under the impression that anajet tech support was one of the best. the fact that they would avoid your emails and phonecalls is a downer. have they replied back to you yet? and what did you do to solve your leaking cartridges?
i pretty much threw them away is how i solved it. $74 a pop plus shipping, literally thrown in the trash can, didn't want it to continue to leak all over the machine and counter any worse than it was
everyone kept saying how great tech is, well i am not impressed, i call tech and leave messages, i email them, i even email the regional manager that i have met in person and sold me the machine, the only time i get a live person or even a response, is when i am ordering ink it seems
i was trying to get replacements cartridges, but then again i had the machine brand new out of the box for a week when the ink chip set went bad and at first they tried to make me pay overnight shipping for a new one....i should have known it was just the beginning
I find that when inserting the cartridges you need the do it carefully as the pin can damage the insertion point. try to be extra cautious, also see if when you reinstall the cartridges give them a gentile tug on the way out, seems like the insertion point may not close correctly, jm2c

They're still there. I talked to them before you posted and later that afternoon. I got right through to tech support, no problem.
Instead of "just throwing them away" The proper course would be to document what is happening. Take a picture. sometime there are issues that do not lend themselves to just calling. E-mail the photos. If the cart is leaking, you can try to repair to get you through a job. I've never had an issue that either calling or sending picture and explanations could not fix. Things happen, but they will fix it.
Regarding, the carts... mark your white carts and always put them into the same slots. Small variations of the angle and placement of the needle may make the holes bigger and cause either air entering the cart or ink leakage when shaking. Do the same with cleaning carts
