Need to Register?

hey, I bought my anajet a while back and am ready to get it up and running. Its full of ink and im trying to do an ink charge using the epsonadj progam that came with it but it is unresponsive. I can print to the printer using the RIP program but of course there is no ink in the lines so its printing nothing. I have had no success getting any response using the epsonadj program. any ideas?

when i click the "ink charge" button...nothing happens..

I click the "get status" button and it tells me "Communication error occurred.
Check the I/F cable connection and power of printer."

the anajet is online and I am able to get a response usign the rip program but not the epsonadj program....

whats up?

Rodney,

What operating system are you using the Epson Adjustment program on? If you have Vista and you don't change the settings when installed, it will not work properly. I believe if you do a search for Epson Adjustment on the forums for a post from BobbieLee, she explains how to do this. If you are using XP, then I am not sure why it would not communicate. Try to restart your computer.

make sure your set to USB

set the program to run in xp compatability mode and also ran as administrator...it worked

Great job! Vista can be tricky when installing different programs. Best wishes with the new printer!
