No ink going into waste bottle, can hear vacuum but not coming through tubes. I cleaned prongs that puncture ink cartridges with cleaning solution. Thanks for suggestions.
It is possible that the vacuum pump is not working properly or the print head is not making a good seal over the capping station. To check the pump, you can run a head clean with the lid to the printer open up. As soon as the head moves just slightly away from the capping station, you will be able see the filters. Take a syringe and squirt a small amount of cleaning fluid into the capping station. Be careful not to squirt it any where else in the printer or on the side of the print head. Then see if the vacuum pump sucks the cleaning fluid out of the capping station. If it does suck it down, then the pump is working fine.
You might want to check to make sure that the dampers are seated correctly over the print head. If they are loose, then air will come in and prevent the suction needed to draw the ink from the cartridges to the print head. This is the same thing that can happen if the print head does not make a good seal under the print head.
Please be careful in running the ink charges with the current state of your printer. Pushing just air through the print head can damage the nozzles if done too much and each ink charge will push a lot of air throught the print head. I would call Tech Support on Monday.
Please post the answer when you figure it out. Best wishes,

I had a similar thing happen to me
you can check the tubes that come from the capping station
look were they get smaller and you see you can unplug from there, mine had ink clog there and was easy to remove
I replaced damper in which the plastic foil that had come apart. Primed the lines and what a nice print! Thanks to everyone who helped diagnose the problem! Ready for orders......
